Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the website todalabs.io (the “Site”) and the interactive MeshLite demonstration embedded on it (the “Demo”), operated by Toda Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or choosing to start the Demo, you agree to them. Paid trials, subscriptions, and services are covered by separate agreements.

1. The Site is informational

The Site presents information about Toda Labs and our product MeshLite. Content is provided for general information only and may change without notice. Product descriptions and forward-looking statements are illustrative, not a warranty or binding commitment.

2. The Demo

The Demo is an evaluation experience, not a production service or an offer to sell a particular plan. It may be unavailable, changed, rate-limited, or withdrawn at any time. Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.

You may use the Demo only for lawful evaluation. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, personal, or regulated information; impersonate another person; violate intellectual-property or privacy rights; attempt to extract system instructions or credentials; or use the Demo to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content. Microphone use is optional and subject to your browser permission. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the “Toda Labs” and “MeshLite” names and marks — are owned by Toda Labs or its licensors. You may view the Site and link to it. You may not copy, republish, or reuse the content or marks for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Site unlawfully; don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure; and don’t scrape or misuse it in a way that harms the Site or others.

5. External links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toda Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes

We may update the Site and these terms at any time; the effective date above will change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
